Dermatoscopes – too much choice?

Dermoscopy has long been a vital part of the assessment of skin lesions in dermatology, and we use it in primary care increasingly more these days. The question I seem to be asked most frequently is which dermatoscope to buy, and the truthful answer is that it depends on some of the following.
