Spring is in the air...

This spring issue of Dermatology in Practice includes the third and final instalment of the hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) series of articles. The article highlights the surgical options for patients with HS and the types of dressings that can be helpful in their day-to-day care. The article looks at the benefits of wound care dressings, from protection and occlusion to offering an optimal healing environment, as well as the potential challenges of dressings, from pain during dressing change to medical adhesiverelated skin injuries, and their possible solutions.
